 2015-42  Garbage and Rubbish fee Assessment fees for 2016. (This fee is unchanged from when it included curbside recycling). (First Reading)

(1:13:08) Brownlee comments that it no longer costs $15/mo since we have gotten rid of recycling. Council is transferring money out of the Solid Waste Fund to General Fund.

(1:16:00) Council President tries to stop Brownlee from finishing his comments.

District 2 (1:22:09) Mortgage Help July 11th. Delinquent Property Tax Liens being sold- payment plan with county is cheaper (lower interest rate) than the private investors interest rate and penalties who will purchase the liens.
Demolition List has had 13 homes that are being repaired by owner. 4 rehabbed. 8 may be “donated” to County Landbank. 4 Intervention by Building Department because they are now occupied.
