2015-43  A Resolution authorizing and directing the preparation of plans, bid specifications and cost estimates for the purchase or lease of A NEW RESCUE SQUAD in the Fire Department through the state of Ohio bid process, in the City of Maple Heights and declaring an emergency.

2015-44 A Resolution authorizing and directing the preparation of plans, bid specifications and cost estimates for the purchase or lease of 4 NEW POLICE CARS in the Police Department through the state of Ohio bid process, in the City of Maple Heights and declaring an emergency.

2015-45 A Resolution authorizing and directing the preparation of plans, bid specifications and cost estimates for the purchase or lease of A NEW PUMPER TRUCK in the Fire Department through the state of Ohio bid process, in the City of Maple Heights and declaring an emergency.

2015-29  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE LAW DIRECTOR TO AMEND THE LEASE CONTRACT WITH SBA TOWERS V, LLC FOR A PERPETUAL EASEMENT AGREEMENT OF A CELLULAR TOWER SITE AT DUNHAM PARK IN THE CITY OF MAPLE HEIGHTS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. (Second Reading)

 2015-42  Garbage and Rubbish fee Assessment fees for 2016. (This fee is unchanged from when it included curbside recycling). (First Reading)
