12:46pm – Employee of Dollar General on Broadway reported a female took a whole bag of merchandise, got into a red Dodge with 2 males and headed over the Libby Rd. bridge into Garfield Hts. Officers located the vehicle in the lot of Granger Prime Station. The 41yo male driver was cited for NO OPERATORS LICENSE and POSSESSION OF A CRACK PIPE and his 68yo female passenger was cited for shoplifting $15.97 worth of misc. merchandise and open container.
2:43pm – Three JUVENILE SHOPLIFTERS were detained in the managers office of Walgreens on Lee Rd. One 10yo male was turned over to his brother who arrived on scene. An 8yo male subject took a cap gun, package of licorice, and a cap for the gun. Store did not wish to prosecute at this time, but was given the juveniles info and advised that the store could file charges if they change their mind. Officer transported the juveniles to their respective homes.
4:52pm – Female on Arch St. having an argument with her neighbor over each other’s children going onto each other’s property. They were told to keep the kids in their own yards.

2:09am – Traffic stop on Raymond St./Maple Hts. Blvd. on a 23yo male who was arrested for OPERATING A VEHICLE WHILE IMPAIRED when an open container of Ciroc Vodka was located in the vehicle.
10:22am – 27yo female from Lee Rd. reported that she got into an argument with her boyfriend. Male left, verbal argument settled.
11:18am – Auxilary on Lee Rd. reported a disturbance taking place. Settled, verbal boyfriend/girlfriend argument.
9:29pm – 90yo male on Maplewood Ave. and his 60yo son are not getting along. They were advised to go to separate rooms for the night.
3:46pm – Home Depot Loss Prevention Officer reported an uncooperative male SHOPLIFTER is in custody for stealing a lawn mower. The 31yo subject was cited for theft of a Yard Machine Lawnmower valued at $239. Male was denying he stole the item, but the officer viewed the store video which clearly showed the male place a Yard Machine in a cart, push it past all points of sale, out the first set of doors and was about to exit the final doors when he was approached by store security. Home Depot is keeping video to bring to court if necessary. He was advised of trespassing and left the area.
7:40pm – 17yo juvenile driver stopped on Maple Hts. Blvd./Thomas St. was cited for DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE. Car was towed, juvenile was transported to his residence.

12:30pm – Female from Dunham Rd. came into the lobby to report an assault. Complaintant’s 8yo daughter was having problems with her teacher at Kennedy Elementary School, and felt that this teacher was picking on her when he pulled the juvenile out of another students way by pulling on the hood of her sweatshirt. ~Assault? Really?~
1:08pm – Officer out with 2 juveniles on Edinboro Ave. Both juveniles, ages 14 & 16, were turned over to their mothers who were cited for CURFEW, TRUANCY.

1:02am – Traffic stop on Lee Rd./Libby Rd. Vehicle would not yield, pursuit began on Lee Rd (past station), driver threw something out the vehicle window onto Lafayette. Suspect vehicle struck a tree on Jefferson and also struck a police cruiser (both vehicles still mobile & pursuit continued). Suspect was on Gerard, pepper sprayed and taken in custody. 48yo male was arrested and charged with RESISTING, DISORDERLY CONDUCT and FLEEING. Item recovered from Lafayette was one baggie of marijuana.

12:53am – 39yo black male was found passed out by the loading docks of Giant Eagle on Warrensville Ctr. Rd. Subject was intoxicated and was transported back to his residence on Erwin St. He was cited for DISORDERLY CONDUCT INTOXICATION and released to the care of his mother.
2:25am – Traffic stop conducted on Libby Rd. where a rescue squad was requested for an unresponsive intoxicated 28yo male in the back seat. Subject was transported to Marymount Hospital, vehicle was towed and 28yo driver was arrested and charged with OPERATING A VEHICLE WHILE IMPAIRED.
3:16am – Traffic stop conducted on Mountville Dr./Warrensville Ctr. Rd. where the 24yo male subject was arrested on suspcion of OPERATING A VEHICLE WHILE IMPAIRED and issued a citation. During an inventory of the vehicle, 4.5 grams of raw marijuana was located in the backseat behind the front passenger seat. A citation was also issued.
9:08pm – Complainant from Mayville Ave. stated there were GUNSHOTS FIRED at Stafford Park and a black Dodge Charger just raced past her house from the park. Complainant does not know if anyone was shot or if the Charger was involved. Shell casings were located at Stafford near Auburn. Area hospitals advised.
9:38pm – Officers at Stafford Park can hear SHOTS BEING FIRED on Mapleboro. Male involved has either a grey or no shirt, khaki shorts and short dreads. Subject was gone upon officers arrival and unable to locate.
9:56pm – Suspect vehicle from the above incident was found parked in the driveway of a Camden Rd. residence. While on scene, officers found property from an earlier burglary. Permission was given to search the subject’s vehicle and bedroom. No gun was located or shell casings. 17yo male subject was arrested for RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY.

3:17am – Employee of Gyro George on Northfield Rd. reported several females physically fighting and there are people bleeding. Heated VERBAL ARGUEMENT OVER KETCHUP (?) became physical after a 30yo female attacked a 23yo female by punching her in the face and causing her nose to bleed. The 30yo subject was highly intoxicated (really?) and was cited for DISORDERLY CONDUCT, advised of CRIMINAL TRESPASSING and advised she was no longer welcome at Gyro George.
