2:00am – Traffic accident reported on Lee Rd./Libby Rd. involving 4 cars.  When officer arrived, the driver of one of the vehicles removed an open container of Patron Silver and threw it onto the parking lot of Walgreens. Upon checking this vehicle, a small silver Infyniti digital scale was sitting in the cup holder area. The scale had a small amount of marijuana reside on the surface and was collected and placed into evidence. Photos of the bottle of Patron were also take. The driver was cited for multiple infractions and charged with operating a vehicle while impaired.

4:36am – Vehicle on Stockton Ave. (with 6 violations) was towed and issued another parking citation. (cars must be off the street from 4am – 6am)

8:57am – Unruly 12yo juvenile on Eastwood Rd. refusing to get ready to leave with his mother for the day.

1:39pm – Complaintant from Turney Rd. made a report about his 52yo neighbor who was yelling profanities at him and “mooned” him due to the complaintant not liking him. The complaintant captured this on video and was willing to sign a citation for Disorderly Conduct. Officers located the subject who admitted he “mooned” the complaintant and was issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct.

Monday, May 11, 2015

12:15am – Traffic stop on Lee Rd.  Driver was cited for driving under suspension, passenger was arrested on outstanding warrant with Maple Hts. and vehicle was towed.

You just can’t make this stuff up!

3:24pm – Report from Maplewood Ct. of a neighbor sunbathing in the front yard and she is naked on top.  Subject was not outside on officers arrival.  Officers spoke with the resident and subject, and subject admitted she was outside topless, face up, sunbathing.  Subject, who was also intoxicated, was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.

3:37pm – Employee with the city schools reported juveniles fighting on Mapleboro Ave./Hollywood Ave. and a female  has a knife.  **TONE OUT**  Officers arrested two 17yo female juveniles.

11:27am – Female from Oakwood Ave. reported two juveniles threw rocks at her window this morning and caused damage.  Around 7:15 a.m an unknown juvenile threw a rock at the complaintant’s front large window which caused a small scuff. The compl will contact our dept if she sees the juvenile that threw the rock.

11:30am – Female from Krems Ave. reported someone threw something at the her window sometime over the weekend and caused damage to the window.  The complaintant heard a loud crash sometime between midnight and 2:00 a.m on Sunday morning. At the time it was dark and the complaintant did not observe any damage. The following morning she noticed the front picture window was broken apparently by a rock.
Another homeowner on Krems Ave. located a rock in his front yard which he believes someone threw and caused a dent in his siding. The compaintant was out of town at the time of the incident

3:09pm – 13 yr old complaintant stated a black male juvenile just broke the dining room window at his house on Beechwood Ave. The male was knocking on the door for several minutes and the complaintant did not answer the door. When he looked out of the window in the backyard he saw a male with another male and the other male broke out the window attempting to gain entry.  When the juvenile saw the males he screamed and they ran away.

6:55pm – Male from Kenyon Dr. reported his16yo son was being unruly and was walking down the street.  Officers checked the area but could not locate the son.  Father stated his son was upset about having to do the dishes. Father states his son just went out for a walk to cool down. 

7:59pm – Male from Grasmere Ave. reported a juvenile was throwing rocks at his residence and he also threw a rock at him.  Officers were unable to locate the juvenile. The juvenile was throwing tree limbs towards the complaintant’s residence and in the direction of the complaintant.

9:09pm – Someone is climbing through the roof to get into the office of Georgios Pizza on Broadway Ave.  The subject is the owner of the business and had locked his keys inside of the office. The male climbed through the roof to gain entry into the office.

11:07am – Female from Oakwood Ave. reported that her 87yo neighbor’s house was damaged by juveniles this morning.  The complaintant observed three juveniles throw rocks at her neighbor’s residence  at 7:15am and was able to capture the incident on her cell phone. The juveniles’ faces were not visible due to their hoods being up. The victim stated that if the juveniles are located, she would assist in prosecution.

1:28am – 30yo female driver on Warrensville Ctr. Rd./Hillgrove Ave. cited for driving under suspension.

2:11am – 33yo driver on Warrensville Ctr. Rd. cited for driving under suspension.

11:52am – 31yo male driver on Thomas St./Maple Hts. Blvd. cited for driving under suspension (failure to reinstate).

5:09pm – Theft of several catalytic converters off vehicles belonging to Toyota of Bedford on Rockside Rd.

12:54am – 26yo female from Raymond St. stated that someone broke into her car.  She saw three young males near her vehicle in the driveway. The males scattered when she opened her house door. The vehicle was left UNLOCKED.

11:09am – 27yo male and 26yo female were having a dispute over a license plate. Female did not want the male to take her vehicle, that she usually allows him to drive.  Neither have a valid license. The vehicle was moved into the driveway by a third party.

Police involvement needed?
2:59pm – Female from Arch St. reported she would like to be removed from the residence because she argues with her foster mother.  The 17yo juvenile was upset because she felt she should not have to do dishes or chores.
