12:13am – 25yo male driver stopped on Warrensville Ctr. Rd./Mountville Dr. Subject was cited for possession of marijuana, driving with high beams and seatbelt.
12:48am – 35yo male driver stopped on Warrensville Ctr. Rd./Gardenview Dr. and arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired.
2:20am – 43yo male driver arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired after running away from a disabled vehicle at a Marathon gas station on Warrensville Ctr. Rd.
2:30am – 24yo male reported he was robbed at gun point at the R Bar on Warrensville Ctr Rd.
3:21am – 52yo male driver on Broadway Ave./Lee Rd was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired and cited for possession of marijuana. 56yo female passenger cited for possession of open container.
3:30am – 26yo male driver stopped on Libby Rd./Henry St. Two open containers were found inside the vehicle. Subject was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, blood alcohol content and open container.
6:07am – Male called from Dunham Rd. of a female passed out inside a vehicle in his driveway. 32yo female was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while impaired.
11:16pm – Burglary reported where a gun is missing from a home on Greendale Ave.
Monday March 30, 2015
12:55am – Several callers reported a Bowling Green residence on fire. Police and Fire assistance rendered. Fire was under control and extinguished at 1:22am. Red Cross advised and on scene (5 adults, 2 children).
6:15am – Complainant from Maplepark Dr. apartments reported someone, sometime last night, had rummaged through his vehicle. Nothing is missing and the complainant is not sure if he had locked the vehicle.
5:16pm – Complainant from Maplepark Dr. apartments reported someone, sometime last night, went through the complaintant’s UNLOCKED vehicle. There was approximately $15.00 worth of loose change taken from the center console.

11:54pm – Complainant stated he parked his UNLOCKED truck in front of his mother’s house on Maple Hts. Blvd. at 8:30pm and when he returned to his vehicle around 10pm, he discovered his LG Smart Phone ($90.00) and two comedy show tickets ($150.00 total value) missing from the truck.
Wednesday April 1, 2015
2:15pm – Traffic stop conducted on Warrensville Ctr. Rd./Gardenview Dr. where the officer detected a strong odor of marijuana and observed the back seat passenger reaching around in the vehicle. Marijuana was found on a 17yo male juvenile, and he was placed under arrest for possession. The other parties were sent on there way and the juvenile was released to his mother at the scene.
3:13pm – Female reporting her 13yo daughter was jumped by a group of girls on Beechwood and are now in front of Giant Eagle on Warrensville Ctr. Rd. It was reported that a group of black females have surrounded an RTA bus which is stopped in the roadway in front of Giant Eagle and the caller believes the females have stopped the bus because they want to assault one of the bus occupants. Three subjects, 17yo, 13yo and a 10yo (who gave a false name) were arrested and transported to a detention house.
6:53pm – 41yo male complainant left his vehicle UNLOCKED and walked from Mapletown on Lee Rd. down to the Bedford Auto-mile to look at new vehicles. When he returned to his vehicle, he found a dufflebag containing compact discs had been removed.

8:30am – Officer on a traffic stop at Red Fitness on Warrensville Ctr. Rd. and cited the 28yo female driver for expired license and plates.
2:16pm – Officer on a traffic stop on Broadway Ave./Grasmere Ave. He detected a moderate odor of raw marijuana and conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle where he located 34 grams of marijuana and 4 pill bottles with trace marijuana inside. The 21yo male suspect received a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
7:56pm – Maple Heights Police and Fire Departments responded to a house fire at 14921 James Avenue in Maple Heights. There were reports that a male was trapped inside the house. The Fire Department was able to quickly gain control of the fire. Unfortunately, there was a 58 year old male, James Szabo, found deceased in the home. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Maple Heights Police and Fire Departments in conjunction with the State Fire Marshall. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner is investigating the cause of death of Mr. Szabo.

6:52am – 20yo female from Rockside Rd. transported, via squad, to Bedford Hospital for a bad headache.
5:35 pm – Officer observed juvenile throw traffic cone off of Libby bridge into intermodal yard. Officer escorted juvenile to retrieve and return cone to its original location and then home.

2:42 am- Officer reported hearing gun shots coming from the vicinity of the Maple Heights Library while on a call at 5th 3rd Bank (Lee & Libby).
