On Friday, October 31, 2014 the new McDonald’s on Broadway and Libby will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10 AM.

McDonald’s Invites Residents to Grand Opening Celebration

McDonald’s invites all community residents and visitors to celebrate the Grand Opening of its new Maple Heights location at 15629 Broadway Avenue on Saturday, November 1, 2014 with games, food specials, and a live radio remote with 107.9 WENZ radio.

 We want to share our excitement with the entire community in bringing this new McDonald’s to the City of Maple Heights. We are proud to be a part of such a wonderful neighborhood and today is about bringing people together with great food and great fun.

The celebration will include a mobile video game truck with 20-player capability for gaming and a live WENZ 107.9FM radio remote, a McDonald’s prize wheel, face painting for kids and lots of food specials.

The new McDonald’s has been built to serve efficiently and effectively.  There are dual drive-thru lanes outside for faster customer service, a dual-point ordering system at the front counters to speed up orders, digital menu boards for precise ordering, and up to 65 full and part-time employees.  The 5,000 sq.ft. restaurant was built as an energy efficient building with energy efficient appliances and boasts beautiful Italian tiles and flat-screen TV’s.

    What will happen to the old site across the street? Will it be left as an eyesore like the old Burger King?

      The old McDonald’s is supposed to be torn down.
